The bounding boxes are real YOLOv8 inference, pig IDs come from ByteTrack, and the per-animal weight and activity figures are derived from those detections using the same pipeline a pilot deployment would run. The 12-pen barn layout and historical trends are deterministic synthetic data so the demo can populate a full operation from 4 source clips.
